The Emotional Weather of Your Cycle

Emotions rise and fall like weather; clear one day, storming the next.

Ayurveda reminds us this is not a flaw but a rhythm, woven into the design of being human.

Just as the moon shifts from full to dark, our inner-sky changes shape across the month.

I used to think something was wrong with me when the tide came in heavy.

Since that what's others told me.

Golden sunlight breaking through dramatic clouds in a blue sky, representing the shifting and radiant patterns of emotional weather. Megan Haggett created this image.

Now I see it as the body’s way of teaching truth.

Anger shows me where my boundaries leak.

Sadness opens a doorway to softness.

Joy floods in when I make space.

A practice: keep a small journal. Each day, note your mood in a single word or image.

Over time, the patterns emerge. You begin to see not chaos but cycles.

The cycles of emotional weather are not storms to fear. They are seasons that teach.

Let's get on with it. Let's get well.

Love, Meg
