Morning as Altar

Morning is a threshold.
It opens the doorway into the day ahead, and how we cross it shapes everything that follows.
Ayurveda calls the early hours before sunrise Brahma Muhurta; a time when the mind is quiet, the air feels fresh, and the spirit is more easily touched.

It doesn’t take much to honor this time.
A candle lit, a sip of warm water, a few lines written in a journal.
These small rituals turn an ordinary morning into something sacred.
The point is not perfection or long routines. The point is presence. To remind yourself, before the world asks for your attention, that you are more than tasks and noise.
The morning can be an altar if you choose to enter it that way.
Let's do it.
Love, Meg
