How the Moon Teaches Us to Heal

The moon never apologizes for her changes.
Full, waning, dark, new—each phase has a purpose.
Ayurveda, too, sees cycles as medicine.
The moon is not flawed when she disappears; she is gathering strength to shine again.

I once resisted my own cycles.
Wanted constant light, endless energy.
But life doesn’t work that way.
The moon showed me: it’s okay to wax and wane.
Healing happens in phases, not straight lines.
Practice: for one month, note how your energy feels on each moon phase. Do you feel bright at full moon? Quiet at new moon? Over time, you’ll see your own lunar rhythm reflected back.
We don’t need to be constant. We need to be in rhythm.
Let's align. Let's move in sync. Let's get well.
Love, Meg
